When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders received are usually dispatched within 1 full working day, ( please note our working days refer to Monday - Friday Only - 9.am - 6pm )

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Our Standard Charge for shipping is charged at a tiered rate depending on the weight and size of an item.Our lowest shipping tier is £3.99 for smaller items, this increases to £5.99 for the heavier larger parcels which are sent via couriers.

Do You Offer Free Delivery

Yes we offer Free Delivery on Orders over £75.00 ( please note this can vary depending on offers so please check the Header alert on the websites homepage) 

What Postal Service Do You Use?

We use Royal Mail tracked parcel service 48 for any small parcels under 2kg.  For larger parcels / those heavier than 2kg we use a combination of couriers from Hermes to Parcelforce.  All courier services are 2/3 working days for delivery.

Can I Collect my item for Free ?

Yes we allow collection from our premises, simply choose this option at checkout then bring your emailed receipt with you to collect the item in person.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, our shipping is restricted to the UK and Northern Ireland only at this time
